At the time of purchase, each puppy is guaranteed to be in good health, having received proper immunization and worming. Following the purchase, a licensed veterinarian examination within three days, excluding weekends, is required. In the unfortunate event of a life-threatening condition diagnosed during this period, immediate notification is crucial. The buyer is entitled to a refund or a replacement puppy of equal value upon the return of the affected puppy.

Post-purchase, any veterinary bills or treatments are the buyer's responsibility. In cases of a life-threatening heredity defect within two years, prompt notification and a written statement from the buyer's veterinarian are essential. The seller reserves the right to verify the diagnosis with their chosen veterinarian. If a defect is confirmed, the buyer is eligible for a replacement puppy of equal value.
